Job Requisition ID #24WD76385Position OverviewWe are looking for a passionate Inside Sales Representative to join our License Compliance team in the Americas. We convert misuse into sustainable growth, empowered by our expert usage of data and analytics, while developing long-term customer relationships.You will report to the License Compliance Manager, based in Costa Rica. You will be part of a team of high-performing individuals who work through a large volume of leads and opportunities to vet, drive, and closeout. You will guide License Compliance engagements in LATAM accounts to ensure a commercial resolution while retaining customers. You will work with Autodesk sales teams, channel partners, legal, and extended License Compliance team. You will also be responsible for meeting and forecasting your territory's quarterly and annual License Compliance sales goals.You will have a combination of remote work and onsite work.ResponsibilitiesWork through a large volume of license compliance leads – speaking with customers to uncover compliance issues using anti-piracy telemetry and analytics toolsEnsure customers understand the Intellectual Property or contractual violation at hand, negotiate a resolution and agree on a commercial closureInitiate warning letters or audit requests with Autodesk customers, lead customers through the audit process, present audit findings and negotiate a resolutionEngage customers at the CXO level to gain their cooperation and participation in the License Compliance processDeliver unpopular results and messages and handle impassioned discussions and negotiations around non-compliance mattersDemonstrate knowledge of Autodesk software licensing models, and basic knowledge of Autodesk products, industry trends, and project delivery methodsAssist Value Added Resellers in providing customer quotes to satisfy compliance purchases, proposals, and product informationMinimum Qualifications3+ years experience in Inside Sales, License Compliance, Sales Support, or Maintenance/Service RenewalsUnderstanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contractsProficiency in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Experience communicating and negotiating at executive level with customers and "non-customers"Proficient in using different CRM tools (i.e., Salesforce, Siebel, Clear)Bachelor's degree in business, law or related field or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Portuguese is a plus (written and verbal)Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
