This is a complex role, managing several products, balancing the needs of the business and existing customers, and helping them to migrate to our latest solutions.This role will be co-located with the NGINX sustaining engineering team in India.This position willManage the effective transition of products from in-life to end-of-life, through multiple stages of support.Work with customer-facing teams and internal teams to drive and communicate the end-of-life process at each stage.Understand the entire product portfolio such that existing customers can be guided to our newer solutions.Triage new feature requests against the end-of-life status of each productWork proactively with engineering teams on product design to balance customer needs with implementation effort and risk and ensure that all requirements are met.Respond to critical bugs and security vulnerabilities, managing the scope of the solution and leading the process for shipping patch releases.Monitor and measure the usage of end-of-life products, providing key metrics to stakeholders.Personal attributesCan-do attitude with passion to make customers, team members, and colleagues successful.Thrive on purpose and hold a deep desire to own a mission. Graduate degree in science, engineering or business is a plus.
