Headquartered in New York City with delivery locations in Europe, Asia, and the Americas, Ubiquity provides multilingual, end-to-end solutions for customer experience management, back-office/risk operations, and business transformationJob SummaryThe Lead, Asset Management role is responsible for overseeing inventory management of Ubiquity assets and supplies by ensuring planned strategies in safekeeping, tracking, and quality control are observed and implemented. The role also manages the team of Asset Management Specialists and acts as head asset custodian for the company to ensure proper accounting and coordination of asset movements within each site.Job ResponsibilitiesOversee and provide on-site and/or remote support mainly for Ubiquity’s inventory and suppliesPerform warehousing and storekeeping tasks including receiving, handling, storing, recording, issuing, and delivering stocks/materialsEnsure that all inventory activities are encoded in the system to maintain accurate inventory dataAssist in the physical inventories and count, and in reconciling inventory variancesIn charge of tagging company assets and suppliesLead, manage, and mentor the team, define roles and responsibilities, and conduct  regular performance evaluationsWork and collaborate with various internal teams in support of stock/materials such as IT teams, Project Management, etc.Verifies and conducts quality inspections of all incoming and outgoing company assets and suppliesPrepare accurate and complete inventory reportImplement good warehouse practicesPerform other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the positionSkills and QualificationWith at least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the related fieldKnowledge in Asset Management toolKnowledge in Asset Management principles and practicesWith good verbal and written communication skillsPeople ManagementWhat we do.Recognized as the #1 CX provider for disruptors and innovators across financial services, healthcare, and e-commerce, Ubiquity was founded on the belief that our clients and their customers deserve better.
