We realize that new ideas can come from everywhere in the organization, and we know the next big idea could be yours! The Opportunity:The Growth Marketing team in EMEA is a 25 person organization based across Europe who are a center of excellence, delivering all advertising and email activity for our region from brand to acquisition to E&R, driving hundreds of millions in revenue for the business each year. The organization partners across the wider regional marketing team to help make their campaigns a reality.This role is being created to support the team in running the operational side of the business and support across a wide range of tasks.This will require close alignment, organization and support across the team and numerous other stakeholders in partnership with the Senior director and managers across the team. The role will focus heavily on enabling the team to ensure they are delivering what is needed to operate across media, LCM & E&R.What You’ll Do:Work in partnership with Snr Director and internal stakeholders to ensure up front project requirements are received, delivered on time and meet strategic objectives  Creation of frameworks, management and coordination of shared working documents across multiple stakeholdersAssist and communicate with Snr Managers in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation.Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for better efficiency and productivity.Maintain oversight of all budgeting across the growth marketing team, ensuring finance are aligned with spend trajectory and agency partners are fully aware of budgets.Growth Marketing budget management and budget analysis.Ensure cross-team coordination and work on removing barriers experienced by teamUnderstand our PO process end to end and act as main point of contact for invoices, procurement, and legal within Growth MarketingSchedule and prepare for meetings, including gathering agendas and documents, attending and taking notes, sending out meeting notes and actions to participants and ensuring actions are delivered within the agreed timelinesHelp monitor team morale and support Snr Managers in planning to keep this highTeam event planningTravel organizationAdministrative supportWhat you’ll need to succeed:Significant previous experience in a Business Manager/Operations/Executive Assistant/Project Management roleA passion for marketing operations, planning and coordinationExperience using collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, SharePoint etc and comfortable reading Tableau and PowerBI dashboardsFully proficient in all Microsoft office applications (particularly PowerPoint and Excel)Should have good presentation skills and be able to draw project timelines and foresee potential risksExcellent communication skills, both in written and verbal formExtremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivityExperience planning and leading strategic initiativesAbility to balance strategic thought leadership skills with outstanding team and project management skills.Happy in a fast paced, dynamic and changing environment!
