Chief of Staff - Strategy & OperationsDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for executing marketing communications strategies within the assigned business area, adhering to established policies, standards, and direction. The role involves developing insights-led new product introduction campaigns and assets, alongside ensuring close collaboration with the business and regional marketing partners. The role also includes leading the definition, testing, and execution of customer-facing value propositions, overseeing marketing campaigns across various channels, and leading the creation of marketing materials in alignment with the brand's guidelines.Responsibilities• Executes marketing communications strategies leveraging set policies, standards, and direction across the assigned business area.• Develops insights-led new product introduction campaigns and assets that directly tie into the business goals and objectives, that in turn demonstrate clear ROI and increased brand metrics.• Ensures close collaboration efforts with the business and regional marketing partners.• Leads definition, writing, and testing of customer facing value propositions by product and ensures consistent execution across the mix.• Drives execution of marketing campaigns across different channels including digital, social media, email, etc.• Leads creation of marketing materials including product brochures, videos, blog posts, and social media content and, ensures content is aligned with the brand's messaging and guidelines.• Oversees routine updates to the organization's website, social media profiles, and email marketing campaigns.• Leads market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the organization’s product and service segment.• Solves difficult and complex problems with a fresh perspective, demonstrating good judgment in selecting creative solutions and managing projects independently.Education & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 4-7 years of work experience, preferably in social marketing, content marketing and media, data led planning, or a related field or an advanced degree with 3-5 years of work experience.Preferred CertificationsNAKnowledge & Skills• Analytics• Brand Management• Brand Marketing• Brand Strategy• Branding• Customer Relationship Management• Data Analysis• Digital Marketing• Go-to-Market Strategy• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Market Research• Marketing• Marketing Communications• Marketing Strategies• New Product Development• Product Marketing• Project Management• Selling Techniques• Social Media• Thought LeadershipCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts multiple teams and may act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.Complexity• Responds to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
