Process and Project Lead (Temporary position)Description -Digital Delivery Operations (DDO) is one of the fastest growing teams within the Managed Services organization. Our mandate is to manage E2E delivery operations for HP's contractual services business, focusing on contractual servicing offerings for enterprise Tier 1 accounts in the commercial domain, as well as internal HP employees.Job scope/summary:The DDO Process and Project Lead is an accomplished Process expert & practitioner with proven relevant practical experience and innovative thinking, who will manage the services delivery process mapping, design and validation as well as will support commercial deals enablement and DDO services implementation.Job specifics/responsibilities:Develop new process content for commercial deals enablement and implementation by the DDO team and manage the Business Management System (BMS) process librariesManage internal stakeholder relationships and interactions related to process design, documentation and validationManage Continuous Service Improvement projects for better business outcomesSupport the enablement of service capabilities within DDO organization and the creation of a Service CatalogueLead and support projects for commercial deals enablement / implementation of DDO servicesKey deliverables/accountabilities:Manage process engineering and BMS library for a funnel of commercial deals leveraging the DDO capabilitiesSupport the process design and enablement for new service capabilities within the DDO teamManage improvement projects to remove process inefficienciesLead strategic projects to support new commercial opportunities Support the creation of a Service Catalogue of commercial service capabilitiesEducation (degree) and professional experience required:Typically 5+ years of established and proven track record in Service Management and/or Business Planning functionsBachelor/Master educational degree in one of the following areas: business planning / management, operational managementOther requirements:Fluent EnglishOther foreign languages knowledge would be an assetExperience in virtual team environmentPersonal skills and qualities:HP Delivery end-to-end process expertise, including delivery functions & roles understanding with focus on Service Supply Chain processesProcess ThinkingData analytics skills and ability for data-driven decision makingExperience in multiple functions (e.g. business, sales, marketing) is an advantageExcellent communication and presentation skillsKey business & technical skills :Experience in customer facing roles is an advantageExperience with MS Core Suite and VisioProject Management experience, especially with Implementation and (Continuous) Service Improvement projectsLean Six Sigma certification is a strong advantageExperience with commercial deals as Account Manager, Delivery Assurance Manager and/or Transition Manager is a strong advantageService management (e.g. ITIL) practical experience, ITIL Foundation certification, higher ITIL certification levels are a strong advantageWe’re looking for visionaries who are ready to make an impact on the way the world works.
