Integrations with UC partners to support Poly devices connected to Teams, Zoom, Jabra and many other applications.USB, Bluetooth and BLE connectivity to various poly devices. Support for Poly devices deployed in VDI environments. Global ExperiencePoly is an established market brand, with millions of devices sold worldwide. Working with us provides international experience. You will work with engineers in US, Canada, UK and India. You will get exposure to top companies using Poly products and have opportunity to design new solutions to fit their needs. Essential FunctionsDesign, Code, Unit Test, document and implement new applications & as well as existing programsDevelop code that complies with design specifications and meets HP security requirements. Coding must adhere to all standards for security, be easily maintainable and have high system performance.Collaborate with Development & QA staff as part of the Scrum team.Comfortable working in a loosely structured, fast-paced organizationCreate documentation and procedures for installation and maintenance Participate in design and code review sessions as appropriate; to ensure the quality of work delivered by self and teammates are in accordance with development standards.Interact with business units to define requirements/modifications and use case to utilize in designing appropriate solutions.Qualifications10+ years of work experience with University degreeExperience in C, C++, C#Experience with USB, Bluetooth, BLE is a plusExperience in code development using Visual StudioExperience in API Development using REST, JSON and XMLExperience with GitHub, Maven and JenkinsAbility to solve complex software development/design issuesAbility to write clean, coherent code following established coding guidelinesStrong interpersonal, facilitation, and effective communication skills (both written and verbal) and the ability to present complex ideas in a clear, concise wayExperience developing as part of Agile/Scrum team is preferredPassionate about delivering zero defect code that meet or exceed the proposed defect SLA and have high sense of accountability for quality and timeliness of deliverablesAbility to deliver on multiple projects and manage priorities based on changing directionsHighly driven, resourceful and results orientedDemonstrated ability to lead and navigate through ambiguity#LI-POSTJob -SoftwareSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (Poland)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
