This is an amazing opportunity to work with the Global Finance team. The team consists of 3 (in Israel) and is reporting to the Finance Manager.  About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments  Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business or Finance, MBA preferred.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to professionally interact with a diverse blend of personalities to reach resolutions and maintain strong relationships.Excellent research and problem-solving skills.Demonstrated ability to analyze financial statements and schedules to identify trends.Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. It would be great if you also had . . .  Experience with Business intelligence tools.Experience with NetSuite and Onestream.Familiarity with Software Products and SaaS business model.What will you be doing in this role? Coordinate consolidation of Software P&L expenses from functional FP&A teams and derive the overall expense analysis for BU / Segment leadership.Assist in direct management of product organization and cost of goods sold.Provide support in the preparation of business cases and presentations.Provide analytical support for the development and tracking of strategies and initiatives.Assist with the development of the annual budget process, monthly close processes, and periodic re-forecasting exercises.Serve as Finance liaison with various functional areas.Assists with ad hoc projects.In this role as a Senior Financial Analyst at Clarivate, you will be assigned to the Academic & Government - Software Segment. Working closely with the business leaders, you’ll assist with the consolidation and analysis of Software P&L operating expenses and direct margins.
