You will also be required to work on site at festivals including evenings and weekends.Role DescriptionWe are looking for an exceptional Marketing Campaign Manager to lead the marketing efforts for Wilderness Festival and across other festivals as appropriate. Leading the marketing strategy and execution, you will manage the entire lifecycle from launch to event to post-event evaluation. Your responsibilities will be to plan the marketing campaign from start to finish, delivering the campaign on time and on budget. The role will oversee and manage all consumer touch points.Wilderness offers a programme to feed both the wholesome and hedonistic side of the ‘Wild Ones’ who attend. The daytime offers forest bathing, foraging, fine dining and fantastical happenings. When night falls, our cabaret spaces, contemporary drag performances and cutting edge dancefloor in The Valley come to life. It’s a gathering of tribes and a place to completely lose yourself.  Your challenge is to reach the diverse audiences that make up our festival crowd, to engage them and to ensure they choose to spend their weekend with us. Who you areCompetencies / Skills / Knowledge / Experience Experience and deep knowledge in media buying (digital, radio, print and OOH)Knowledge of the UK festival market and eventsExperience of managing project timelines and marketing campaignsExperience in budget management Experience of managing a team An in-depth knowledge of digital marketing including both paid and organic mediaA passion for social media and extensive knowledge of social media channelsExperience managing website projects from design to buildExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsExcellent command of the English languageStrong interpersonal communication, including the ability to relate to different audiencesAdvanced knowledge of Google Analytics and Microsoft OfficeExcellent skills in developing email campaigns using MailChimp Behaviours The following attributes determine how the role will be carried out and are required to be a successPassion for understanding the consumer and understanding what live music and multi-arts programming means to different audiencesYou should be flexible and positive, able to listen and communicate well with colleagues, agencies, suppliers and customersAbility to manage several projects simultaneously and to work to tight deadlines Strong attention to detail Team player Flexible approach to working hours  What the role includesJoint guardianship of the Wilderness Festival brand, ensuring the brand guidelines are upheld by event stakeholders and partnersMaintaining the tone of voice and producing engaging copy for the website, social media posts and campaign messagesDeveloping a campaign plan, which will include outdoor, online, print, magazine formats, display ads, search and retargetingResponsible for managing the artist artwork approval processYour role will require you to work with the agencies to deliver and maintain the festival websites, app and will ensure that all data entry points are GDPR compliantYou will be required to manage, maintain and grow the festival email database and will ensure that all data entry points are GDPR compliantDeveloping social media channels to create campaigns, content and copy that is relevant to the audienceGenerate successful media partnershipsUsing the key brand art, the Campaign Manager will be responsible for developing the designs for collateral such as the event accreditation, customer programme and lanyards.
