Blue Yonder Job Title:Analyst Relations Program DirectorOverview:The Analyst Relations Program Director is responsible for managing relationships with key industry analysts to shape industry perception, drive business growth, and leverage valuable insights for product development, marketing, and sales strategies. This role involves market research, program development, analyst engagement, content creation, event management, and performance measurement.What you will do:Implement and execute a strategic analyst relations program:Identify, prioritize, and collaborate with key analyst firms and individual analysts relevant to the company's business goals.Develop and maintain a comprehensive analyst relationship map, including tracking key influencers and their areas of expertise.Maintain program objectives and KPIs aligned with overall business goals.Build and manage relationships with analysts:Proactively engage with analysts through regular briefings, inquiries, demos, and advisory calls.Develop and deliver compelling messaging and materials that educate analysts on the company's products, services, and market position.Secure analyst participation in key industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.Foster trust and open communication to gain valuable insights and feedback from analysts.Analyze and leverage analyst research:Monitor and track analyst reports, publications, and social media activity.Identify and analyze key findings and recommendations from analyst research.Develop strategies to leverage positive analyst coverage and address any negative feedback.Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, sales) to share analyst research, perceptions, and feedback. This includes:Presenting key findings and insights to relevant teams.Facilitating discussions on how to incorporate analyst feedback into product development, marketing campaigns, and sales strategies.Addressing any concerns or questions raised by internal stakeholders.Create and manage analyst engagement initiatives:Develop and execute bespoke events for analysts, tailored to their specific interests and needs. This may include industry briefings, product deep dives, technology showcases, and networking opportunities.Plan and manage analyst tracks during customer events, ensuring valuable content and engaging sessions.Identify and secure analyst participation in speaking engagements, webinars, and other thought leadership opportunities.​Measure and report on program success:Develop and track key metrics to measure the success of the analyst relations program (e.g., media mentions, analyst ratings, sales pipeline impact).Regularly report on program performance to senior management and stakeholders.Continuously evaluate and refine the program based on data and market trends.What we are looking for:7-10 years of experience in analyst relations or a related field, including managing major evaluations and participating in Gartner, Forrester, and IDC reports.Strong understanding of supply chain and omnichannel commerce industry analysts.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.Ability to travel up to 20% for conferences, analyst meetings, and AR events.Passion for driving business growth through effective analyst relations practices.Demonstrated ability to:Build and maintain relationships with industry analysts, internal stakeholders, and external partners.Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Create content (e.g., white papers, blog posts).Manage deadlines effectively.Work independently and as part of a team.-------------------------------------------The Salary Range for this position is $119,254.00 to $172,873.00 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
