Blue Yonder Job Title:Analyst Relations Program ManagerOverview:The Analyst Relations Program Manager plays a vital role in supporting the development and execution of our analyst relations program. They collaborate within the analyst team to build relationships with key analysts, and across the organization to gather and analyze industry insights, and create compelling content to educate analysts on our company's offerings. This role requires excellent communication and writing skills, strong analytical abilities, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.What you will do:Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with key analysts, coordinating meetings, conducting research, and preparing briefing materials.Market & Analyst Insights: Monitor analyst reports, publications, and social media activity, identifying relevant insights and trends.Content Creation: Develop compelling content for analysts (emails, blog posts, presentations), ensuring accuracy and tailoring to specific audiences.Analysis & Reporting: Analyze and summarize key findings from analyst research, translating complex information into actionable insights for internal stakeholders.Engagement & Logistics: Coordinate logistics for analyst interactions (briefings, demos) and manage program success metrics through data collection and reporting.Vendor Evaluation & Support: Participate in reports like Gartner Magic Quadrant and Forrester Wave, creating supporting content and managing internal processes.Insights Integration: Gather and utilize analyst insights to inform Blue Yonder's vision, strategy, and product roadmap, collaborating with relevant teams.Event Management: Coordinate and orchestrate analyst-specific events like Analyst Summits.Content Collaboration: Partner with marketing and communications to develop analyst-authored content (white papers, case studies, thought leadership pieces).Information Management: Create and maintain analyst resources (newsletter, calendar, website, internal updates).Program Management: Plan and manage various programs (e.g., training, product development), communicating goals and metrics internally.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams (engineers, product managers, sales, customers) and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.What we are looking for:7-10 years of experience in analyst relations or a related field, with strong understanding of the analyst community and their role in the technology market.Experience managing major evaluations and participating in Gartner, Forrester, and IDC reports.Experience with vendor evaluation reports and analyst relations methodologies.Strong understanding of supply chain and omnichannel commerce industry analysts.-------------------------------------------The Salary range for this position is $91,523.00 to $132,738.00 USDThe salary range information provided, reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data.  Minimums and maximums may vary based on location.  Individual salary will be commensurate with skills, experience, certifications or licenses and other relevant factors.  In addition, this role will be eligible to participate in either the annual performance bonus or commission program, determined by the nature of the position.At Blue Yonder, we care about the wellbeing of our employees and those most important to them.
