Key Qualifications Key Qualifications At least 1 year of product development focused NPI experience with knowledge on consumer electronic industry Leadership skills and ability to collaborate with PD, EE, operations and other cross-functional team on NPI build activities Passionate in new technologies, self motivated and proactive with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities Understands and deals well with rapid development cycles; remains flexible and calm in the face of uncertainty Be able to work under pressure and own decisions Excellent presentation and communication skills Knowledge on enclosure process such as tooling, molding, CNC, stamping, ANO is plus Description Description - Support product development engineers on product specifications, design, prototyping, factory manufacturing - Establish and manage program feature baseline, scheduling, critical path, and technology risks areas for execution - Lead cross-functional teams, including PD, MD, Operations in engineering and validation activities - Drive day-to-day enclosure vendors and FATP factories meeting project objectives - Multi-functional communication to working level as well as senior level on program updates - Planning and execution of product prototype builds - Willing to travel for both domestic or international Education & Experience Education & Experience MS or BS Degree in technical fields Additional Requirements Additional Requirements
