This role will hold significant influence in setting and implementing our cross-functional GTM strategy, in strong partnership with the A&C organization. The ideal candidate is process oriented, well-versed in implementing operational excellence, and thrives in solving complex business problems in a fast-paced environment. This position will report to the Senior Director, Revenue Operations & Strategy.Responsibilities:Lead the effort in driving best practices and robust operational processes designed to accelerate and scale go-to-market motions that support our regional channel partners, cloud service providers (CSP), managed service providers (MSP), and solution integrations (GSI)Ensure SFDC proper design, data integrity, and review procedures to support all partner business motionsOrganize cross-functional stakeholders on strategic initiatives within the Partner business to define critical business requirements, translate to operational and technical requirements, and drive projects to completionOwn and manage day-to-day operations of the Alliances & Channel sales motions including, but not limited to, the following: lead generation & routing, partner onboarding, partner compliance, implementation and execution of MDFs, referral management, pipeline management, and service delivery strategy & subcontractingDeep business understanding of the go-to-market processes of the Alliances & Channel business, triaging and supporting deal flow and diagnosing fixes within SFDC to support internal stakeholdersResponsible for real-time reporting and presentation of key performance indicators that measure the partner business for demand generation, pipeline velocity, and closed-wonOversee the ongoing management of our global deal registration processImprove partner experience by driving process and system configuration changes for our channel management portal (Impartner) and other key systemsDevelop materials and provide enablement over key operational processes with cross-functional internal business partners in Sales, Alliances & Channel, Marketing, and FinanceEnsure that operational processes and partner-facing materials are documented, approved, and regularly updated leveraging an established feedback loop with business stakeholders. Assist with ad hoc requests and projects from the broader Revenue Operations and Success Operations teamsRequirements: 5+ years of experience, including a minimum of 3+ years of revenue, partner and/or sales operations experience (partner ops experience preferred)Ability to operate and manage multiple projects that deliver high quality, timely results Proven track record in coordinating and communicating across multiple cross-functional stakeholders to drive strategic alignmentStrong business acumen with ability to translate business requirements to operationsExperience building and presenting reporting on key business metrics from SFDC, Tableau, etc.Experience leveraging a variety of business systems to drive operations, primarily SFDC (CRM) and Impartner (Channel Management)Domain knowledge in data, analytics and AI/ML is preferred but not requiredBachelor’s degree with technical and/or business major preferredThe talent and dedication of our employees are at the core of DataRobot’s journey to be an iconic company.
