With a strong understanding of CrowdStrike’s products, markets, operations, financial performance and strategy, the Sr. Manager, Investor Relations will help make decisions that contribute to the company's strategic goals.What You’ll Do: Learn, master and execute Investor Relations best practices including principles of materiality and fair disclosureSupport earnings preparation process, including earnings release and script drafting, interaction with internal teams in obtaining data and content, Q&A drafting, and process managementCollaborate with senior management and IR team to create investment messaging integrated and consistent with strategic goals of the companyPrepare timely reports for senior leadership, including analyses of stock performance, peer benchmarking, analyst research, investor interactions and Wall Street consensusDesign, maintain and enhance investor relations collateral and presentationsActively contribute to the management of investor targeting programs as well as plan, develop and execute investor conferences, small group meetings and road shows, including preparing briefing materialsMonitor analyst coverage and estimates of company, peer group companies, competitors and other industry coverageMaintain and manage the IR section of the corporate websiteProject manage logistics and deliverables for analyst dayRespond to, qualify and prioritize incoming inquiriesAssist with stewardship planning and proxy initiativesBecome a trusted resource and develop strong relationships and credibility with key internal teams including, finance, legal, accounting, marketing and communications to build a better understanding of the company and to execute job responsibilities efficiently and effectivelyAd hoc projects and analysis as neededWhat You’ll Need: An excellent communicator, intellectually curious and have a strong work ethic. The individual must be an independent thinker with the ability to multitask and work on several key projects at a given time. The individual must have an extremely high attention to detail, have excellent judgement and integrity and possess good project management skills to drive projects to successful outcomes. Possess a proactive and self-starter mentality, able to operate with minimal guidance while working collaboratively within a team environment.6-10 years in an Investor Relations or Wall Street focused roleStrong knowledge and technical understanding of equity markets, analysts’ models and different valuation methods.
