Expense Managment - Specialty PrintingDescription -Job Summary• This role is responsible for leading and providing expertise to project teams, participating in cross-functional initiatives, and guiding process improvements and policy establishment. The role collaborates with business leaders to influence strategic decision-making and conducts complex financial analysis to achieve objectives effectively. The role also represents the business unit and the organization as needed, builds productive relationships, and mentors lower-level employees.Responsibilities- Sales Commission Quota load- Revenue Reconciliation and Load preparation for Fiji/InsightsMisc invoicing- COPS/ESC analysis, reporting & issue resolution- Adhoc requests for SPTS teams (Revenue impacting issues - warranty claims, returns etc)- Cost Center setup/maintenance- Spend planning & management- Capex Reporting & research as needed- Spend/Revenue actuals for P&L and owned spend reports & analysis- Flash/Budget/LTP spend and HC- QEC journal Tracking & Preparation- Quarterly Geo Alignment/FX Mix rate setting- Systems - Webi/S4/Procurement/Cost acctg research/guidance, Accounting guidance; Spend management)- PO monitoring & cleanup- HC reportingEducation & Experience Recommended• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.• Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.Preferred Certifications• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)Knowledge & Skills• Accounting• Auditing• Automation• Corporate Finance• Data Analysis• Economics• Finance• Financial Analysis• Financial Modeling• Financial Planning• Financial Services• Financial Statements• Generally Accepted Accounting Principles• Internal Controls• Investments• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)• Process Improvement• Profit And Loss (P&L) Management• SAP Applications• Variance AnalysisCross-Org Skills• Effective Communication• Results Orientation• Learning Agility• Digital Fluency• Customer CentricityImpact & Scope• Impacts function and leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives.Complexity• Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.Disclaimer• This job description describes the general nature and level of work performed in this role.
