Customer Experience Content and Portfolio managerDescription -The HP Customer Welcome Center Program is the epicenter of HP's Executive Engagement Strategy. We are looking for a passionate leader to join our team as a customer experience content and portfolio manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for creative talent to join our team and have full exposure to exciting technologies and innovative businesses at HP Inc. Our department is part of Marketing & Corporate Affairs and coordinates the network of customer centers worldwide, hosting customer and partners that want to discover HP portfolio of solutions.This role will be responsible to prepare corporate content and portfolio selection for our visitors: strategic customers, partners, and media influencers. You will be evangelizing our technology and working with HP’s executive leadership team.Responsibilities:Responsible for the customer experience strategy for content and portfolio display during briefings and customer events.Partner closely with Sales organization and Business Units to support Market goals with innovative ways of delivering content and customer experiences.Team management: hiring, ARC, VIA and development plans for the team.25% travelEducation and Experience Required:BA or BS in Business, Marketing or Communications; MBA preferred.10+ years of experience in insights/search and/or content creation.5 years of experience managing Briefing/Experience Centers.10 years of experience in pre-sales or marketing.Knowledge and Skills:Expert knowledge in trade show and event management.Excellent project and program management skills - on time, on budget, every time.Proven experience leading, driving and measuring virtual teams toward common goal.High levels of tact and diplomacy.Fine-tuned consultative skills.Agency and budget management.Ability to interact with all levels of the company top to bottom, including most senior company management.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Relocation -EEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
