As a member of Silicon Solutions Team you will support the sophisticated thermal demands arising from chip bring up to productization. Your contribution to new thermal solutions is essential, so that as a company we can anticipate and enable revolutionary products.What you will be doing:Contribute to the development of innovative cooling solutions to address the challenging needs of Silicon Solutions Team responsible to qualify very high power GPUs.Develop single phase and 2 phase thermal solutions, including prototype by working with reputed external thermal engineering companies.Collect internal HW engineering requirements, work with board designers, propose and implement solutions. Perform or review simulations if neededValidate electro-mechanical and thermal devices in the lab on silicon chips, integrate with SWDesign mechanical and thermal accessories for existing and future infrastructureResearch and understand the trends in the thermal engineering world to influence thermal testing including cost, efficiency and ease of useOverall manage the complete thermal solution working with vendor to deliver from concept to labWhat we need to see:B.Tech/M.Tech degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering or related streams with a strong thermal backgroundStrong understanding of thermal management principles and fluid dynamicsIn-depth knowledge of sophisticated cooling solutions, high heat flux problemsOutstanding communication and program management skillsProficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) software for creating and modifying 3D models of electronic components and cooling systemsBasic electrical and software knowledge, exposure to PCB and ICsWe are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
