We bring together Workday- wide stakeholders to deliver compelling and differentiated messaging and related assets for successful outcomes.Our product marketers are experts of products, markets, and competitors, continuously learning from buyer behavior and customer successes.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Manager to lead a team of Payroll Product Marketers in support of our global payroll product offerings. You and your team will work closely with product management, product strategy and global integrated marketing to deliver world class messaging to our field organization. You will also work closely with the extended teams across marketing such as events, AR, PR, content, social and digital, to articulate the full value of Workday Payroll and global partnerships. Keeping up with industry trends, emerging technologies and innovation are vital to this team’s success. In addition to stellar messaging, you will be responsible for hiring and retaining top talent. You will assist your team in growing their careers as well as coaching them on the execution needed in their role.Together, we will ensure the continual advancement of each team member in both skills and knowledge, enabling them to guide sales and marketing to outstanding business outcomes. This role is essential to Workday's long-term success.About YouBasic Qualifications8+ years in product marketing of HR business solutions2+ years of experience leading people and/or mentoring multiple product marketing counterpartsOther QualificationsExperience with Enterprise software in the HCM spaceExperience working with large, global teamsProven track record of successful partnership with salesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExperience in a fast-paced work environmentStrong problem-solving and critical thinking skillsA track record of hiring and retaining innovative employeesConsistent achievement or overachievement of assigned goals and targetsAbility to work under pressure, on multiple projects, and supporting multiple sales teamsSuccess in coaching coworkers in ways that allowed them to learn new skills and achieve career goalsCollaborative with those in other roles to work towards shared goalsA history of using data to support your decision-making processOpen to Flex-Hybrid reporting structure with 50% onsiteWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below.  Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
