MTS 2, Software Engineer

eBay, Inc. seeks MTS 2, Software Engineer in Austin, TXJob Duties: Design, develop and deploy full-stack software solutions that are efficient, scalable, and secure. Build and implement software solutions that adhere to security, scalability, and performance rules and guidelines. Enhance and maintain the Compliance Case Management system, a platform that facilitates case handling, data gathering, analysis, and reporting. Analyze and recommend tools, technologies, and frameworks for the development of software solutions. Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product owners, developers, and designers, to ensure that technology solutions meet business needs. Collaborate with other developers, architects, and stakeholders to ensure that software solutions are well-integrated with existing systems.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer and Information Technology or a closely related field plus two years of experience in the job offered as an MTS 2, Software Engineer or a closely related occupation.Special Skill Requirements:1)    Javascript2)    Python3)    NodeJS4)    HTML5)    MySQL6)    AWS7)    Kafka8)    Docker9)    REST API design 10)    Microservices Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience.
