Proactively identify difficulties, opportunities, and product solves for customer service technology operations (CSTech ops). Ensure timely triage, prioritization, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues by the team and work across multiple technology teams to resolve bugs. Handle escalation to the command center for p1/p2 incidents and timely resolution of p3 tickets. Keep up to date on architecture and application engineering to support effectively. Drive scripting and automation, developing events, monitors, and alerts for consistency and efficiency. Contribute to playbooks to action alerts and drive enforcement of processes. Manage up-training, coaching, and new hire training on technical issues. Drive quality and productivity and report on quantitative and qualitative elements of the team’s work and application metrics. Track user errors and quality standards within CSTech ops functions. Follow up on RCA (Root Cause Analysis) and restore actions to prevent future recurrence. Analyze data and monitor reporting and KPI’s to enhance product and platform performance within CSTech ops. Work with in-house reporting and analytics teams to develop/enhance metrics, interpret results, and present recommendations to management. Partner with business customers at all levels to assess, refine, and drive appropriate technology solutions. Work with multi-functional teams, get results, track progress, and report out to leadership on status updates. Partial telecommuting permitted from within a commutable distance.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, or a related field plus three year of experience in the job offered, as a business systems analyst, or as a senior technical support engineer or QA Lead. Will also accept a Bachelor’s degree or foreign quivalent in Computer Science, or a related field plus five years of experience in the job offered, as a business systems analyst, or as a senior technical support engineer or QA Lead.Special Skill Requirement:1. Troubleshooting applications using C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, Java Script, and SQL.2. Writing and implementing code related to service reliability engineering (SRE). 3. Building tools and applications that facilitate staff to troubleshoot code. 4. Ability to generate reporting and KPI’s to monitor progress and provide readouts in operational and leadership reviews. Drafting run books for incidents. 5. Scripting and Automation. 6. Ability to analyze and interpret data and metrics to drive down chronic technical issues. 7. Root cause analysis.
