eBay Commerce, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of eBay, Inc., seeks Compliance Specialist 4 in San Jose, CAJob Duties: Perform analyses on Anti-Money Laundering (“AML”) -related data to identify and mitigate risks to the AML review process. Examine, assess and evaluate end-to-end financial data pipelines including the risk calculation engine and API & ETL processes into the case management gateway. Develop internal controls and metrics to continuously monitor trends and data quality; implement processes to detect, correct and prevent invalid financial data errors. Support data exercises for the reviews, such as assessments, internal audits, and exams. Make recommendations for optimal financial data architecture, management, and performance of the data process. Partner with the global AML teams to gather information on current AML trends and leverage information to enhance the monitoring methodologies. Drive the development of business requirements for the key initiatives for the AML center of compliance team. Recommend metrics and reporting enhancements by reviewing large amounts of AML and upstream data to define opportunities.Minimum Requirements: Master’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Financial Statistics and Risk Management or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered, as a Compliance Specialist, or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements:1.
