Auditor 3

eBay, Inc. seeks Auditor 3 in San Jose, CAJob Duties: Guide process and control owners in identifying key general computing and application-specific controls and reports for new processes. Work with process owners to ensure timely review and updates to process/system documentation and controls for existing processes. Coordinate, facilitate and perform SOX testing as assigned meeting internal SOX PMO (Program Management Office) deadlines, working with stakeholders, including but not limited to business owners, external audit, internal audit and outsourced contractors.  Evaluate IT control deficiencies, including determining aggregation risk, and coordinate with business and technology leaders to remediate identified exceptions. Review and analyze attestations and audit reports (SSAE18 and internal audit reports). Assist in the preparation of dashboards on SOX program status and results for presentation to executive management and audit committee. Partner with various IT organizations (e.g., engineering, product development, information security) to assist with special projects, risk assessments, system implementations and technical audits. Stay current on new technical literature applicable to the internal control process (e.g., PCAOB guidance, SEC, COSO, COBIT, etc.) and abreast of emerging trends and leading practices around internal controls.Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business Administration, Engineering, or a closely related field plus three years of experience in the job offered, as an Auditor, or a related occupation.Special Skill Requirements:1.    Risk Assessment2.    SOX ITGC3.    SOC Report review4.    SAP ERP experience.5.    eCommerce and FinTech industries and global payment processing6.    banking laws, regulations, and internal controls  7.    general accounting practices and techniques 8.    IT Auditing processes9.    Reporting writing10.    Application security vulnerability testing Base salary: $125,000 – 151,800 per annum. 40 hours per week; M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave).
