Position Overview:
The Sales Enablement Program Manager role requires an individual with a passion for helping the commercial org (Sales, Sales Development, Customer Success, and Solution Engineers) be more effective and efficient in their interactions with customers and prospective buyers. This is an ideal opportunity for a creative coach or high-performing sales rep experienced with designing and delivering highly effective programs that focus on improving sales effectiveness, sales productivity, training, and overall sales results.

Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day execution of enablement programs, including programmatic design, content curation, delivery, and ongoing optimization
Track key success metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) specific to enablement efforts to show return on investment (ROI) and overall impact
Partner with the commercial leadership team in identifying and prioritizing reps requests across learning, content and pipeline optimization
Implement, maintain, and provide training on sales enablement tools
Proactively improve upon existing sales processes or tools in collaboration with other departments (marketing, revenue operations, etc.)
Using instructional design develop, build and maintain training content, including messaging, product, technical and skills training OR partner with internal resources to do so with a focus on any localization or regionalization requirements.
Execute, deliver and measure effectiveness of trainings in region including, messaging, product, technical and skills training or partner with internal subject matter experts to do so.
Define and maintain workflows around key episodic events to the field and map interconnection points with other departments (e.g., sales ops, product, marketing) identifying gaps, interdependencies or overlaps.
Regionally assist with developing, maintaining, and facilitating content as well as coach sellers to improve sales effectiveness and performance based on metrics and reporting.
Assist with developing and providing frameworks aligned with sales methodology/sales process to be followed on development of assets for marketing campaigns/market moments. Assist with tracking and measuring the effectiveness of content. Partner with marketing to align on overall sales communication strategy to deliver key messages to the field.
Provides regular updates to key stakeholders. Collaborates with Sales Enablement, Sales Leadership, Sales, Marketing, Product Management and other relevant internal partners to create and showcase the skills, tools, products, and features/functionality that should be represented in all e-learning and other training materials; updates information and ensures that materials are produced and revised as soon as possible and are constantly kept current.
Seeks regular input from Sales Enablement Leader and team on program priorities.
Makes recommendations for additional instructional programs; initiates suggestions for improvements, expansions, elimination, etc. of training materials/content.
Helps with the scheduling, coordination, logistics, communications and tracking for all aspects of e-learning training approach. This includes virtual training sessions as well as webinars and other forms of e-learning.
Measures and reports on the effectiveness of enablement investments and the programs conducted.
Ensures enablement programs are understood and well-received by target constituents.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as/when needed.
Required Experience/Skills
3-5 years of relevant professional experience in a sales, sales enablement, or sales or adult training role
Knowledge of MEDDICC, Command of Message and Challenger principles preferred
Instructional design experience preferred
Hands-on experience with CRM and sales enablement tools
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
2+ years of Sales Enablement experience, or related experience. Past sales experience, a plus.
Experience and knowledge in the use, maintenance and management of Skills Development, Measurement, & Reinforcement platforms or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Experience with instructor-led, participant- centered (IL-PC) Creative Training Techniques®
Ability to use technological solutions, as provided, to create, record and distribute e-learning modules.
Proven track record of project management and time management to ensure that programs developed are relevant and aligned with sales and business needs and objectives.
Remains current on Diligent’s product offerings.
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills to satisfy two key areas: [1] Understanding and communicating of our products and services as described in all videos/e-learnings and training materials and sales collateral and [2] Partner with internal key stakeholders who will need help in the build of scripts, consults on project priorities, provide product pipeline information to ensure that the e-learning and other training projects can quickly adapt to fit sales and business needs.
