We are headquartered in the heart of California’s Silicon Valley, with R&D centers and offices in Taiwan, China, Vancouver and Toronto, Canada, and Haifa, Israel.  The mission of this role is to manage Astera Lab’s lab from all aspects, maintenance, building advanced setups, debug malfunctioning systems, ordering equipment, supporting the validation engineers (connected remotely to the lab setups). On top of managing the lab the role requires running regression, first level debug, open JIRAs, extending our test coverage, develop tools & automations, innovate, be creative to make sure devices are performing as they should in all aspects, logical, performance, durability, stress and more. You will be part of a new site located at Israel (Haifa – Matam), surrounded by highly experienced and professional engineers who will escort, mentor, and support you on your new journey at Astera Labs Israel. Basic qualifications   Strong practical background in electrical or computer systems testing ≥5 years' experience supporting or validating silicon products for Networking applications. Knowledge and experience in building lab setups, soldering, and handling light to medium board fixes and re-work. Experience in debugging and writing scripts in python / Bash. Professional attitude with the ability to prioritize a dynamic list of multiple tasks and to work with minimal guidance and supervision. Open-minded behavior and can-do attitude. Think and act with the customer in mind! Required experience. Hands on with lab debug equipment, like, scope, logic, and different protocol analyzers Silicon/System bring-up and debug experience. Familiarity with lab testing automation techniques.
