Job Requisition ID #24WD76103Position OverviewWe are looking for an Inside Sales professional to join a high-performing team focused on the Autodesk License Compliance business. To be successful in this role we need people with a sales or license compliance experience.Individuals who succeed in having challenging customer conversations and have the zest to develop new business opportunities would be a fit for this role.You will report to License Compliance Manager, based in Barcelona.We support hybrid working schedule.ResponsibilitiesYou will use Autodesk License Compliance analytics tools and databases to search for and investigate License Compliance prospects (customers of varying sizes, ranging from small to large)You will Initiate audit requests with Autodesk customers and lead customers through the audit process. License Compliance Sales Executives present audit findings to customers and negotiate acceptable settlement purchases and time frames for purchase executionYou will engage customers at the CXO level to gain their cooperation and participation in a compliance audit processYou will develop negotiation plans using Situational Negotiation Skills and templatesYou will direct 3rd party audit firms, work in Autodesk accounts maximizing results and minimizing time spent and audit firm billable hoursYou will mitigate complex pushback by customers regarding participation in audit process and refuting of audit resultsBuild relationship across multiple teams at Autodesk (Territory, Industry, Major Account Sales, Technical Specialists, Channel Management, and Legal) to ensure collaboration on License Compliance engagementsUse CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, activities and results; update field sales on results and generates visibility on call activity and lead tracking for sales and marketing effectiveness reportsAssist Value Added Resellers in providing customer quotes to satisfy compliance purchases, proposals, order forms and product informationResponsible for cross-selling or up-selling as is appropriateMaintain basic knowledge of Autodesk products, competition and industry trends along with understanding project delivery methodsMinimum QualificationsYou have at least 2 years of sales experience or License compliance experienceFluent English with any additional Scandinavian or Baltic languageExperience collaborating with virtual team membersExperience and comfort with communicating and negotiating at executive levelProficient in utilizing different CRM tools#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
