In this role, you will report to Autodesk VP, Global Revenue Operations, and will be orchestrating global initiatives, collaborating with diverse teams, and implementing new capabilities for future GTM adaptations. This role requires a balance between visionary thinking and hands-on execution in a dynamic, collaborative environment.Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership: Translate GTM strategy into actionable plans and decisions, aligning with broader company goals. Lead cross-functional teams to execute and implement these strategies effectively.Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead a matrixed team, fostering collaboration and development while driving results. Work horizontally across the organization, building relationships and guiding teams impacted by the changes.Visionary and Communicative Approach: Articulate a clear vision for the future, gaining buy-in from various stakeholders across the company. Communicate with senior leadership, presenting plans and progress transparently.Analytical Skills: Use data-driven insights to inform decisions and educate others on opportunities, balancing between diving into details for execution and zooming out to align initiatives with broader company strategies.Change Management and Decision Making: Have a strong bias for action, making tough decisions based on analysis and experience. Demonstrate courage by challenging existing practices to build improved strategies for the future.Minimum Qualifications10+ years experience in SaaS software management with 5+ years of experience in business transformation or related roles at a SaaS companyProven track record of successfully leading and executing large-scale, global transformation projects in a 10k+ size organization, managing global programs and influencing stakeholders.Communication: Adept at presenting to diverse audiences at all levels within the organization.Influence and Collaboration: Proven ability to influence and rally diverse stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative insights. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $185,700 and $300,410. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
