If yes, read on.Using troubleshooting skills you will focus on solving client software installation and licensing issues. Issues need to be analyzed, documented, and resolved, creating an outstanding customer experience and enhancing the team's knowledge. You will report to a Support Manager and require the use of good judgment, critical thinking, risk tolerance, and independent decision-making when managing caseload.The Technical Support Specialist will convey an urgency to resolve customers' problems; reflect a positive and professional disposition during support calls and in writing; and will follow up to ensure that their suggestions are understood and applied by the customer. Your role will entail research, troubleshooting systems and programs, and identifying program and system conflicts that may prevent clients from installing, licensing, or using Autodesk software.We support hybrid working schedule.Requirements:Min 3 years' demonstrated knowledge of Operating Systems and general program installation experience: Windows (Primary), MAC (Secondary), Linux (occasional need)You manage Windows system tasks (installs/uninstalls/system troubleshooting)Customer interaction is your focus.You have good English languageSecond European language with focus on German but also French, Italian, and SpanishYou love to learn.Prior SSO (Single Sing On) experience#LI-IS1Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk!
