Job Requisition ID #24WD76251Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Government Partner Manager to join our Channel Sales team. You will manage the relationship between Autodesk and our Master Government Aggregator, and act as a liaison between the government channel landscape. You will be responsible for business planning, sales, sales forecasting, partner enablement, joint marketing activities, etc.You will report to the Senior Manager of Channel Sales. This position is remote, and you should be in DC/VA/MD metropolitan area.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy to drive revenue growth in the government sector (both federal and state and local)Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, set targets/milestones, measure results, and implement effective sales and marketing strategiesUnderstands partners' business and organizational structureEnsures common vision between Autodesk and partnersWorks with partners to help identify areas of investment and supports executionConducts business reviews to evaluate performance, track, and report on key performance metrics, such as revenue generated through partnerships, partner pipelines and identify areas for improvement to drive mutual successOversees contractual requirements with partnersProvide training and enablement resources to partners to ensure they have the necessary knowledge and tools to effectively sell our products and servicesMonitor market trends, competitive landscape, and government procurement processes to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry changesWork closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partner activities with overall company objectivesMinimum Qualifications10+ years in a customer-facing sales or services-oriented role (government experience ideal)Experience with channel sales / partner managementStrong understanding of government procurement processesExperience managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growthKnowledge of sales and sales management processesKnowledge of Autodesk solutions and/or industriesLearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $222,700 and $322,300. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
