Job Requisition ID #24WD75902Position OverviewAs the Sr Manager, Channel Sales at Autodesk, your primary objective will be to lead a team of partner professionals, create relationships with key partners and drive revenue growth. You will develop strategies to expand our revenue with existing Autodesk channel ecosystem partners as Autodesk evolves to a platform organization.You will report to the Senior Director of AMER Channel Sales.Location: remote United StatesResponsibilitiesManage a team of channel professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to lead team performance and achieve channel sales objectivesSet clear sales targets, tracking and evaluating partner and team performanceProvide mentorship, and professional development opportunities for team membersDevelop channel strategies to increase revenue, market penetration, and partner satisfaction, with an emphasis on new and expansion growthConduct regular business reviews with partners and team to track performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and driveaccountabilityDevelop partner's evolution to expanding the Autodesk solutions with value added professional and consulting services, and IP developmentEvaluate partner alignment with our business objectives and ensuring a mutually beneficial partnershipYou will build strong relationships with core partners and be a trusted advisor and advocating for the partner's voice internally, advocating for their needs and feedback to improve our products, services, and partner programsCollaborate with the leadership team to develop the partner management strategy, ensuring alignment with our goalsCollaborate with teams, including sales, marketing, and product, to align partner initiatives with business objectivesAnalyze partner performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize partner performanceMaintain partner management processes and tools to streamline operations and enhance efficiencyStay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction (AECo) and Design and Manufacturing industriesMinimum Qualifications10+ years of experience in channel sales, business development, or partner management, with a focus on SaaS/Cloud and channel management5+ years experience with leading and managing channel teams, with a proven track record of successfully driving team performance and achieving sales objectivesBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fieldExperience with existing Autodesk partners (DMR partners such as CDW, SHI, Insight is desirable)Direct sales experienceAbility to travel ~20%.Learn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based sales roles, we expect a starting On-Target Earnings (OTE) between $224,700 and $325,270. OTE is comprised of base salary plus commission target for sales roles. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location and may exceed this range.
