Job Requisition ID #24WD76052Position OverviewAs Autodesk grows both organically and through acquisitions, the task of integrating acquired companies into our business operations is paramount. We are seeking a dynamic and influential Principal Program Manager to join Autodesk's Enterprise Systems & Experience (ESE) team. You will report to the Director of Enterprise Systems Projects and Programs in the Infrastructure and Operations organization.You will manage all internal processes to support acquisitions and lead the efforts for integration and disposition divestments on behalf of Autodesk and ESE. You will influence and drive diverse service teams to deliver all necessary integration/divestment functions to support the Go To Market Integration Strategy of each project.Your planning will help realize Autodesk's strategic objective of digitizing the employee experience for newly acquired teams.You can be based remote or hybrid and can be based in the United States.ResponsibilitiesYou will lead the transition of acquired companies to Autodesk standards, from due diligence through full integrationYou will articulate the direction for program work streams based on the strategies for services in both companiesWill oversee the retirement of obsolete systems and handle related data-sets to forecast program progressYou will facilitate meetings, maintain process documents, and distribute meeting artifacts to communicate progressCollaborate with our teams to resource projects and manage risksYou will participate in pre-planning activities, remove team progress impediments, coordinate dependencies, and agree on service methodologyManage programs end-to-end, including planning, risk analysis, and action plan development; independently lead specific M&A projects as the ESE representativeYou will define resource plans, develop business cases, and manage partner contract processesMonitor programs for adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality parametersYou will establish partner relationships, ensuring satisfaction with program management and product deliveryAnalyze program metrics and trends, anticipate potential issues, and implement remediesYou will use the M&A guide to ensure that major deliverables/processes are documentedYou will participate in the creation and management of new processes and continuous improvementMinimum QualificationsYou have 10+ years of software Project Management, working within an IT or software development organization and a minimum 4 years of M&A experienceYou have a BA/BS or equivalent work experienceHave a Project Management Professional Certification and/or a MBALearn MoreAbout AutodeskWelcome to Autodesk! For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $117,100 and $189,420. Offers are based on the candidate’s experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
