Search JobsJob DescriptionEnd User Computing is looking for a highly skilled Director of Partner Business Operations to join our WW Partner Programs & Operations organization.The Director of Partner Business Operations will focus on all systems, processes and policies supporting each of EUC's routes to market. You will lead a team of 6-7 partner RTM leads, who are each experts in their respective partner business area(s). (Resale, Distribution, Telco, Marketplaces, Public Sector, OEM/eOEM, Service Provider & Alliances).The leader we are looking will be accountable to all things transact-ability (Quote to Cash) through each of EUC's partner business models.Role:As a Manager in this role, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic initiatives to support all of EUC's partner routes to market.Oversee your team's involvement in business requirements gathering, process design, execution planning, reporting, & sales support as needed.Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvementEnsure timely and accurate execution of partner-related tasks and processesGuide key design decisions with data-driven business justification aligned with industry trends and best practices in partner operationsResponsibilities:Pursue ruthless prioritization new process creation as well as process enhancements with the goal of driving efficiency and scalability in our preferred routesUtilize strong leadership skills to motivate and guide team members to hit timelines and major milestonesOrganize projects incorporating cross-functional front & back office teams to identify and deliver areas for process optimizationHelp coordinate necessary communications (internal and/or external)Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track progress and identify areas for improvementEnsure transaction feasability and overall compliance with company policies and proceduresThis job requisition is not eligible for employment-based immigration sponsorship by BroadcomFor US based candidates, the annual pay range (OTE for commissioned roles; Salary for other roles) for this position is: $156,000 - $373,000. The actual offer will be based on the role, location, and individual candidate experience. Bonus, commission, and/or equity may be eligible for this position.
