Title: Technical WriterJob Description for the Technical Writer - Full timeResponsible for writing user documentation for the growing line of the Infinera's products. Will work with the Technical Publications team, engineering, and Product Line Marketing teams.Description* Responsible for writing user documentation for Telecom products* Minimum of 1-2 years of experience writing technical documentation and up to 4/5 years of experience* Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral* Should be capable of working well in a team environment and individually.* Must be able to interface with multiple engineering teams to get needed information and validation of information.* Must be proficient with DITA and standard authoring tools such as Arbor Text, Framemaker and Robohelp.* Telecommunications and network management knowledge is a big plus.Infinera is an equal opportunity employer.
