*This is a Pune, India based role. We work in a hybrid model in office 2-3 days a week. You will be part of a global team working closely with engineers in the US. The Information Technology team is on a mission to create an environment where Generators from all backgrounds can thrive and are enabled to contribute their best. We are recruiting this exceptional leader to support, plan, build, and run innovative and secure technology solutions supporting a world class global team. This is an important team leadership position spanning Support, Development, and Operations for Enterprise Technology in an intrinsically digital environment. You will be responsible for aligning IT strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring the seamless operation of critical applications, and fostering a secure and innovative technology environment.  This job is for you if you are a strong, execution and outcome-oriented people manager, are deeply experienced in cross-platform and hybrid solutioning, and have led technology teams in a dynamic, change driven environment. You are a leader who is passionate about creating capacity by streamlining and automating work, delivering digital tools to improve the employee experience, and providing exceptional service delivery and process execution.  Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership: Drive and help execute the overall IT strategy to meet the organizational goals. Provide leadership and vision for the IT and Business Applications team. System Architecture and Integration: Co-lead the design and implementation of robust IT infrastructure and business applications. Ensure seamless integration between various systems and applications. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing team of IT professionals and business application specialists in offshore. Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment between Onshore and Offshore team. Applications Support Management: Oversee and optimize the Applications Support team, ensuring the efficient operation and support of critical business applications. Collaborate with other departments to understand business needs and ensure application functionality meets those requirements. Salesforce and NetSuite Support: Manage and lead the Salesforce and NetSuite Support Admins, ensuring effective utilization and customization of these platforms to meet business needs. Drive continuous improvement and innovation within Salesforce and NetSuite environments. Security and Compliance: Help Implement and enforce security measures to safeguard organizational data and information systems. Support the compliance activities to meet relevant regulations and industry standards. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers in India. Partner with Onshore team to Evaluate and select technology solutions that align with business needs. Project Management: Oversee IT projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. Provide regular project updates to executive leadership. User Support and Training: Collaborate with the IT support team to provide efficient and effective support for end-users. Develop and implement training programs to enhance user proficiency. Budget Oversight: Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field Ability to coach and mentor a team to deliver outstanding results. Development of and ensuring staff alignment to IT policies and procedures to ensure consistent quality of service. Deep interest in technology trends and awareness of the evolution of enterprise platforms Proven track record of developing and managing IT Services, SLAs, and 24/7/365 data center operations is a huge plus. Build a high-performance team of employees and service providers to deliver a quality set of coordinated global services with alignment to standard processes, tools, and service levels. Proven experience in a leadership role overseeing IT and business applications. Strong understanding of system architecture, integration, and application development. Familiarity with security protocols and compliance requirements. Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinking and the ability to align IT initiatives with organizational objectives. Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Assist with CRM migrations and integrations, particularly during M&A activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regions (ASIA, EMEA, America). Oversee Application admins, developers, and 3rd-party resources in India, working closely with global peers and management. Lead SFDC support and processes for the organization while managing SLAs. Work with the institutional management team to establish suitable processes supporting administrative, development, and change management activities. Assist in training new users and promoting Salesforce.com skill development across the organization. Support the Data Migration activities working closely with onshore teams. Improve the Data Quality within critical applications by leading Support teams. Develop and scale DevOps and Release capabilities to ensure high quality and secure releases. Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry, and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities and provide recommendations based on business relevance, appropriate timing, and deployment. Interface with business stakeholders and leaders in each functional area to define support initiatives and solutions for improving service efficiency and effectiveness.  About SailPoint India and our Benefits:    Nestled in the heart of Pune, a bustling hub of technology and culture, the office exemplifies SailPoint's commitment to excellence.
