We are looking for an intern to work onsite in our Draper office. This employee will be responsible for providing end-user support related to laptop hardware & software applications. Employee relies on experience and judgement as well as pre-established procedures and documentation to identify, troubleshoot and resolve issues presented through IT Help tickets. This role requires being a daily in-office employee. Day-to-Day:Troubleshoot and resolve IT Help tickets in a timely mannerProvide technical support with computer hardware and softwareComplete IT onboarding and offboarding for all employees.Hardware provisioning and desk setups for end usersAssist onsite and remote users with IT related inquiriesAssist IT Management and other IT teams in other projects as neededJob Requirements:Ability to successfully work as part of a team.Comfortable supporting both Mac/PCAbility to troubleshoot issues with both hardware and softwareFamiliarity of desktop applications, (i.e., Office 365, McAfee AV, VPN, imaging software, etc.)Familiarity of other IT disciplines, (i.e., Telecom, Server operations, Video conference, etc.)Customer Service skillsExcellent written and oral communication in English Ability to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to troubleshoot/problem solveExcellent Customer Service skillsAbility to communicate effectively This role requires being a daily in-office employeeCandidate Profile:You have the ability and interest in working part-time (a maximum of 30 hours/week) in our Draper, UT office. You are currently pursuing an undergraduate degree and are successfully maintaining an above average GPA.
