The Professional Services team is dedicated to the success of the customer and their digital strategy.As a Senior Project Manager, you have the opportunity to join our growing project delivery practice, focusing on complex Cloud and Mobility projects. Become a member of our our collaborative and supportive work environment and help us drive innovation!Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?As a Senior Project Manager, you will use your experience in technical project management and customer facing positions to plan, coordinate, track and manage project(s) to successful completion in both a local and virtual environment.You will work directly with resource managers, technical staff and business subject matter experts to orchestrate project delivery to ensure projects are delivered and executed in alignment with the overall project plan, driving customer outcomes, and customer satisfaction. This will provide you with the opportunity to showcase your leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.Within 30 days of employment, you will successfully develop and maintain project plans including charter, scope, work breakdown structures, estimates, resource plans, budget, task dependencies, schedule, open issues, risk assessment, management and mitigation plans across multiple work streams.Within 60 days of employment, you will develop change management skills as you work to quickly define and manage overall project risks and take corrective action in a proactive manner to mitigate risks and prevent issues.What type of work will you be doing?
