As an Accounting Support Specialist, you’ll be asked to perform accounting and clerical tasks for the maintenance and processing of accounts payable transactions for Flexera’s multiple entities. These various tasks include:Maintain Bank of America Corporate Card programAssist with analyzing invoices to ensure correct account and cost center codingMaintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with the company policiesAudit expense report auditing to ensure compliance with the company’s policiesProvide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers to resolve issues and inquiriesSpecial projects as assignedDesired Skills and Experience1 year of solid AP experience in a recognized ERP system (preferably Netsuite)Good knowledge of MS Office, especially ExcelAbility to communicate effectively verbally and in writingGood customer service skillsExperience with working in an expense reporting system (preferably Concur)Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast- paced environmentAttention to detail as well as good analytical, problem-solving, and organization skills#LI-Hybrid#LI-SJ1#LI-G&AFlexera is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
