We are looking for an HRIS Analyst to join our Workforce Systems team and support our Workday system. You will be the first point of contact for system end users, responding to questions and issues in our ticketing system. You will also help maintain and update our system configuration, reports, and knowledgebase. You will work on projects to gather requirements, test new features, and train other users on Workday best practices. You will report to the Manager of Workforce Systems in the Talent and Culture group.This is a full-time remote position.Responsibilities and Duties:Provide timely and accurate support to system end users through the HRIS ticketing systemEscalate tickets to other HRIS team members as needed and learn from their solutionsIdentify trends and opportunities to improve system design and user trainingCreate and maintain the HR Systems knowledgebase with clear and updated instructions and best practicesSupport projects to gather technical requirements, write test scripts, and coordinate testing cyclesWork closely with the Talent and Culture team to train on new and existing Workday functionalityProcess worker records in various phases of the employee lifecycleCreate and manage custom and standard reports in WorkdayParticipate in bi-annual Workday product feature release cyclesStay up-to-date on technology offerings and best practices for HRIS teamsQualifications and Skills:1-3 years of experience of hands-on configuration experience in WorkdayBachelor’s Degree (preferred)Strong understanding of HR processesExcellent attention to detail and initiativeAbility to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environmentExcellent technical aptitude and organizational skillsAbility to handle and govern sensitive and private dataDesire and ability to continually learn near areas of the systemMust be self-motivated and self-governing as this is a remote positionCompensation will vary based on geographical location (see below) within the United States.
