Do you have experience providing technical support to integration platforms and solutions using the Boomi Platform? Join us as a Boomi Support Engineer.As a Boomi Support Engineer, you will be vital in providing technical support for the integration platform and applications that connect business functions across cloud and on-premises environments. You will also use your expertise and skills to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues related to the platform to ensure business as usual and business continuity.  ResponsibilitiesProvide technical support to customers, both internal and external, and resolve the issues or incidents adhering to the defined SLAProactively monitor the critical performance and business metrics of the Integration platform and take measures to prevent any system outagesEffectively communicate and collaborate with developers, architects, and stakeholders to resolve incidentsWilling to work in shift(s) and on pager duty, as requiredHands-on experience in Design, Coding, Testing, and support of solutions in Boomi iPaaSMust have experience developing scripts or solutions to automate maintenance and support activities using programming languages like Python, Java, etcMust have experience monitoring, managing, and supporting containerized application workloads (Rancher, Kubernetes) deployed in the public cloud (AWS)Must have hands-on experience with open telemetry-based observability and monitoring platforms and APM solutions like AppDynamics and GrafanaWork in a Globally Distributed Development team environment with minimal supervisionGood understanding and experience with the ITIL processMaintain and contribute to the user and process documentationProvides status reports and helps with release planning and implementationQualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related field with 7+ years of professional software development or support experienceSolid foundations in Computer systems, data structure, algorithms, and design patternsGood understanding of Cloud-native principles and their implementation (including Microservices, Containers, DevOps, and Security)Strong knowledge of integration patterns, standards, and best practicesExperience with APIs, XML, JSON, SOAP, REST, etcExperience with various application domains such as Salesforce, Workday, AWS, ServiceNow, etc.Experience with hybrid deployment modelsExperience with data management, governance, and qualityExcellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills3+ Hands-on experience in Boomi iPaaS is a mustBoomi certification is a plus3+ years of hands-on programming experience in building real-world systems with at least one of the languages – JavaScript / Java / GroovyCloud Certifications in significant clouds like AWS, Google, Microsoft, or Oracle are a plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to collaborate with team members and communicate clear resolutionsSuccessful candidate willBe a talent multiplier who gets the team around them to excelBe persistent, creative, and driven to get results relentlesslyAppreciate diverse thoughts in the team and be inclusiveShow pride of ownership and strive for excellence in everything undertakenEquinix is committed to ensuring that our employment process is open to all individuals, including those with a disability. If you are a qualified candidate and need assistance or an accommodation, please let us know by completing this form.Equinix is an Equal Employment Opportunity and, in the U.S., an Affirmative Action employer.
