DFE - Alpha Team LeaderDescription -HP Indigo develops, produces, and sells digital printing presses worldwide, with multiple workflow products designed to support the press’ abilities and enhance its productivity. As part of the qualification process, Indigo executes Alpha tests that simulate the customer environment in Indigo labs.As DFE team leader you will be required to lead the Alpha team, focusing on managing the tests on DFE and other prepress and workflow products: design test procedures, analyze the data from the tests, communicate it to service, marketing, and R&D, and assist the World Wide Technical Support team to implement the prepress and DFE products in the field.Responsibilities:Lead HP DFE, Prepress, and Workflow Alpha tests as part of the product qualification process, with a high focus on the customer perspective.Full responsibility for Alpha tests with the relevant test focal point: Plan, Execute, and summary, followed by reflection to R&D, WWTS, and senior managementManage the implementation of new test procedures and methodologies into existing test flows.Lead a technical team, drive continuous process improvement, and lead projects Knowledge & skills:High familiarity with the print industry, focusing on design, prepress, and workflowsHigh technical understanding & experienceTeam-leading skills & experience (responsible for team members' professional development)Ability to work under pressure, tight schedules, timeline limitations, and changing priorities Multi-tasking and self-learning capabilities Analytical & communication skillsPresentation skills & a proactive approachHigh level English – write, read, presentThank you for taking the time to review our job; if you think it matches your experience and interests, please apply today; we are eager to learn more about you!Do you want to know more about us?
