Future Product Marketing ManagerDescription -Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to solve complex business issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Frequently contributes to the development of new ideas and methods. Works on complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Leads and/or provides expertise to functional project teams and may participate in cross-functional initiatives. Acts as an expert providing direction and guidance to process improvements and establishing policies. Frequently represents the organization to external customers/clients. Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower level employees.Responsibilities: Global:Product owner of office A4 LaserJet platformGain a deep understanding of customer experience, identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growthCreate buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partnersDefine product value proposition and key selling pointsTranslate product strategy and value proposition into detailed customer experience and product specification requirementsInfluence third parties to enhance solutions capabilitiesDevelop product pricing and positioning strategiesAlign with region partners on pricing and volume assumptionsScope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impactWork closely with engineering teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resourcesDrive product launches including working with public relations team, executives, and other product management team membersAct as a product evangelist and support worldwide marketing communication team to build awareness and ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyedParticipate site innovation program and provide business consultation to the project leadersUnderstand new tech trends and new business models to seek new business opportunitiesProvide closed-loop post-analysis of PHS family strategies.Provide recommendations for roadmaps/platforms/SKUsSupport configure to order initiative ​Drive the definition of a product/ service/solution (PSS) family/ portfolio through R&D and solutions teams.Determine appropriate PSS family positioning prior to introduction.Determine initial PSS pricing strategy.Influence third parties to enhance solutions capabilities.Regularly meet with customers or partners during the sales process.Provide closed-loop post-analysis of PSS family strategies./roadmaps/platforms/SKUs.Education and Experience Required: College degree in Marketing/Business/Technical.MBA preferredKnowledge and Skills: Highly knowledgeable of product/solution family and the business needs of the target customers.7 years experience in product marketing fundamentals.Demonstrated knowledge of general marketing function either through education or work experience.Job -MarketingSchedule -Full timeShift -No shift premium (United States of America)Travel -Not SpecifiedRelocation -Not SpecifiedEEO Tagline - HP Inc. is EEO F/M/Protected Veteran/ Individual with Disabilities.
