We are looking for a Manager of our Solutions Analysts team who are part of Operational Enablement, and who partners with our IP Content teams within the Intellectual Property division at Clarivate.As part of this team you will get the opportunity to work on an exciting and far-reaching global program where you will develop a deep understanding of the content systems, and the processes that are required to deliver the IP content.This position will lead our Solutions Analyst team who act as the liaison between the technical development teams and our operational and product stakeholders to deliver high quality technical and business requirements.About You (Skills & Experience Required)Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a relevant field of expertiseAtleast 8 Years of Relevant Experience, ideally having driven a Data Transformation Mapping Project`Experienced in Business requirement processing and documentation: Epics / User Stories creation, story points for JIRA, Test Cases creation.Good understanding of Agile Model / Scrum methodologyKnowledge on AWS & API micro servicesExperienced in Data Mapping Techniques It would be great if you also had . . .  XML Language, XML language syntax – including XML Schema, DTD Structure, Debugging TechniquesRegex (Regular Expression understanding)Data Modelling, ETL, JSON, DTDWhat will you be doing in this role? This management position drives the team to deliver high-quality documented business requirements which incorporate all of the product and operational business needs, as well as being responsible for taking the requirements through the full development lifecycle. As the lead, they ensure that the delivered solutions are fit for purpose with minimal defects, and are delivered on schedule in collaboration with the project manager.Specifically you will:Lead our Solutions Analysts team, taking responsibility for recruitment, coaching, and succession planning within this team.In collaboration with Product Owner and Technology leads, agree program increment planning (roadmap construction, dependency analysis, Epic elaboration, story analysis estimate, delivery milestone targets), and organise with the solutions analysts to meet this schedule.Ensure appropriate governance and practices within the Solutions Analyst team, such that all requirements and project documentation are of a consistent high standard along with ‘after action reviews’ for continuous learning throughout the program as well as at the end. Ensure any cross-team dependencies are considered and identified. These must be represented in specifications, and highlighted with the project team to take action and avoid any obstacles or delays.Where the program or project team encounters obstacles in identifying suitable innovative business solutions, ensure that all avenues are thoroughly explored from within the Clarivate teams to create additional options, or opportunities to finding a solution.Implement and monitor Key Performance Indicators for the (team &) program, that ensure that the developed products are fit for purpose and delivered on time into the business.Demonstrate thought leadership on delivery of our technology solutions, keeping up with industry practices and collaborating within the Operational Enablement team to bring this approach to life.About the Team   Both the Operational Enablement, and Solutions Analyst team are global in nature and geographically dispersed.The location of this position is India, where the majority of the Solutions Analysts for this program are based.Hours of Work  As a management position, the expectations is that some flexibility in working hours will be needed.
