The WSP Product Management team focuses on developing content for our customers to adopt new functionality and use Workday more effectively. This is an exciting time to be a part of a rapidly growing part of Workday's business!About the RoleWe are looking for a Workday Success Plans Senior Associate Content Developer to design and develop content that inspires our customers to continuously optimize and adopt new functionality in Workday.You will build high-quality, customer-facing content in a variety of digital formats. You will project manage the content creation process while collaborating with subject matter professionals along the way. You will also ensure content is developed according to schedule and is consistent with our Workday Success Plans brand style.About YouWe are looking for a hardworking, creative content developer who is passionate about what they do. You excel at simplifying difficult concepts into graphical and visual representations that are engaging and easy to digest. You are a strong collaborator, able to bring the right knowledge to the right people at the right time.We look for team members who will promote change and suggest new ways to develop and deliver content. You are an innovative self-starter who can drive ideas from concept through implementation. You have the capacity to think “big picture” about everything you do and create, while still maintaining an acute attention to detail.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent and relevant working experience required2+ years of experience with multimedia and graphic design software (e.g., Storyline, Illustrator, InDesign, Google Slides)A portfolio that demonstrates a strong understanding of branding and the ability to integrate a consistent look and feel across all creative deliverables​Other QualificationsAbility to find opportunities and recommend solutions that have outcomes that align to Workday Success Plans objectivesAbility to adapt to changing environments and work processes in an exciting, constantly innovating organizationAbility to collaborate across teams to create and iterate content, ensuring accuracy and qualitySolid digital design awareness, including user experienceExcels in a fast-paced, multiple project environment on an independent basis and with minimal directionStays curious, always looking for ways to iterate and innovateHas excellent verbal and written communication skills (writing and/or editing experience a plus)Working knowledge of Workday is a plus​We will request work samples that demonstrate engaging content.Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
