The accomplished leader will drive current and future IT SFDC platform org strategy including Standardization, Tech debt reduction, Systems Integrations, Data Migration, capability development in areas of whitespaces, transition to operations. To meet the company’s financial and strategic business objectives, this leader builds trusted relationships with business leaders and teams that result in aligned focus on delivering outcomes and experiences. Maintains constant understanding of spend.Optimize the cost of the platform, including resource planning, budget and cost analysis, partner and vendor negotiations.Stays abreast of business, leadership and technology trends and has a demonstrated track record of influencing others to successfully address challenging business problems by applying new ideas and lessons learned.Works collaboratively with counterparts in other GTM functions (i.e. Platform, Marketing, Sales, Support and Services )About YouBasic Qualifications15 years of direct and related experience with Go-To-Market functional areas10 years of experience as a people leader, leading teams, projects, programs or advising the allocation of resources7 + yrs leading Agile SCRUM teams for the delivery of Salesforce and other technology projects and improvements on an ambitious schedule.Experience with the GTM applications and Salesforce.com environmentExtensive background in IT with previous experience in leading M&A activities, preferably with a high-tech company.Other QualificationsDegree in Computer Science or MBA or equivalent preferred.Proven strategic planning, critical thinking and influence skillsHave a track record of delivering transformational initiatives to deliver business value Have the Ability to both influence and operate effectively in a highly matrixed and global environmentSolid track record of partnering effectively with global and geographically distributed teams to successfully deliver information and technology solutions Proficient with-IT fundamentals including Agile, IT investment /portfolio management, Enterprise Architecture, Information Risk Management, ITIL, and IT Service ManagementStrong program management and management reporting skillsProven Track Record to effectively develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers and experience with successful supplier relationship management programsDesire and ability to effectively drive changeWorkday Pay Transparency StatementThe annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
