The primary responsibility of this individual is to validate metadata in our contracts management system and send the contract for electronic approval and signature. This candidate will do detailed daily work in the system, supporting a variety of legal and business teams, answering questions, and training new users. They will also do contract searches and run reports as requested by either the Legal team or business partners. This role is part of the global contracts admin team located in several different countries around the world.Primary Job Responsibilities:Process contracts and other documents for signature following company policies and procedures, and archive signed documents/contracts.Answer questions about the contract submission process in order to get various agreements approved and signed, in addition to submitting requests for the Legal team to review.Educate our business partners about the Legal department's contract resources, templates, and processes.Assist in the management of related contract workflows.Respond to requests for copies of signed documents and requests in connection with audits.Other projects as needed.Job Requirements:4-5 years of either contracts or process management experienceProven experience working in a Legal department or similar highly sophisticated job in an extremely fast-paced and pressured environmentFluent in English.
