What you'll do We are looking for a Marketing Analyst, who will join our newly formed GTM Analytics Team that is a consolidation of our sales and marketing analytics teams. Reporting to the Director of GTM Analytics, this highly visible role has periodic meetings with top leadership in sales and marketing teams. An ideal candidate is analytical, driven, self-motivated and passionate about using data to tell a story.  This is a hybrid role that requires weekly travel to the Somerville, MA headquarters.   Responsibilities: Build and help to standardize marketing funnel reporting for strategic analysis Assist with Sales Forecast Roll up, Reporting, and Risk Analysis/Management Drive Planning excellence by understanding business objectives for following year, collaborating with relevant stakeholders, and arriving at meaningful goals and ways to effectively track them Assist in strategic GTM initiatives and build presentations that tell compelling stories through data Define weekly, monthly, and quarterly objectives for marketing teams and create standardized reporting processes for their measurement Build process documentation and assist with completion and automation of administrative sales and marketing process tasks Enhance sales and marketing productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes and evaluating new tools Coach and mentor junior members of the team Working daily with software including but not limited to Google Analytics, Marketo, Salesforce, and more Qualifications: Minimum of 2+ years of Sales/Marketing/Business Operations experience Strong excel skills Demonstrative executive presence and ability to influence at all levels of the organization Self-starter with ability to function independently and in a timely manner Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage your own workload and adjust priorities to work efficiently and meet deadlines Experience working in a SaaS company is a plus Experience working with Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau and SQL is a plus Why you should join the SmartBear crew You can grow your career at every level.
