We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, part-time Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our growing teams! Like us, you understand that extraordinary Talent team members are brand advocates, strategic partners, and curators of strong talent pipelines. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our team of recruiters, building relationships with hiring teams, and acting as the guardian of the candidate experience.
*** This position is remote within the US. This position is a short-term (~2 months) and part-time (~20 hours per week) contract. The hourly pay rate is between $40/hr - $60/hr.
Here's what you'll do as part of the team:
Support the recruitment process by scheduling all levels of interviews, both virtual and on-site
Provide personal, tailored outbound communication to prospects and candidates
Collaborate with the Talent team and Hiring Managers to understand the interview process for each role
Design and own recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes; an exceptional candidate experience is top priority
Communicate with candidates regularly to ensure they have accurate interview information and preparation for their interviews
Maintain our applicant tracking system, job postings, interview guides, and offer presentations to ensure complete accuracy
Maintain a high level of confidentiality
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism
Here are the skills you'll need to be successful:
2 - 3 years of recruiting coordination experience, ideally for a high-growth, consumer-facing tech company
Proven track record of successfully supporting the recruiting team and hiring teams, while prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience
Experience coordinating for a variety of roles (i.e. sales, marketing, engineering, product, finance, etc.)
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments
Detail-oriented and well-organized
Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse
BA/BS degree preferred
