We’re looking for a motivated, detail-oriented, part-time Sr. Recruiting Coordinator to help us scale our growing teams! Like us, you understand that extraordinary Talent team members are brand advocates, strategic partners, and curators of strong talent pipelines. In this role, you'll be responsible for supporting our team of recruiters, building relationships with hiring teams, and acting as the guardian of the candidate experience. *** This position is remote within the US. This position is a short-term (~2 months) and part-time (~20 hours per week) contract. The hourly pay rate is between $40/hr - $60/hr. Here's what you'll do as part of the team: Support the recruitment process by scheduling all levels of interviews, both virtual and on-site Provide personal, tailored outbound communication to prospects and candidates Collaborate with the Talent team and Hiring Managers to understand the interview process for each role Design and own recruiting projects and initiatives to improve current processes; an exceptional candidate experience is top priority Communicate with candidates regularly to ensure they have accurate interview information and preparation for their interviews Maintain our applicant tracking system, job postings, interview guides, and offer presentations to ensure complete accuracy Maintain a high level of confidentiality Represent the company with integrity and professionalism Here are the skills you'll need to be successful: 2 - 3 years of recruiting coordination experience, ideally for a high-growth, consumer-facing tech company Proven track record of successfully supporting the recruiting team and hiring teams, while prioritizing an exceptional candidate experience Experience coordinating for a variety of roles (i.e. sales, marketing, engineering, product, finance, etc.) Strong interpersonal and consultative skills  Able to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments Detail-oriented and well-organized Personable with a great work ethic and positive attitude Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), ideally Greenhouse BA/BS degree preferred Here's what's in it for you (full-time employees only; does not apply to contract roles):  Competitive Compensation: Including annual salary, pre-IPO stock options, and other financial compensation (if applicable) Medical, Dental, and Vision Coverage: 100% of premiums covered for you AND all of your dependents Unlimited Flexible Time Off: Unlimited FTO in addition to 12 company holidays per year, quarterly “recharge” days, and a week-long holiday break Home Office Reimbursement: To cover home office furniture and supplies, monthly home internet, and monthly cell phone (if applicable) Health & Wellness Reimbursement: To cover monthly gym membership or other qualifying expenses Parental Support: Generous parental and family leave, fertility benefits, and employer-sponsored stipends towards family forming services 401k Plan: To support you in your individual retirement goals Team Events: Frequent team-building events, fun team off-sites, and bi-annual company meetups Commitment to DEI: To prioritize Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within our workplace and to stay true to our values and mission Mentorship and Training: To get you onboard quickly, learn new professional skills, and invest in your career development Impact and Visibility: To expose you to and provide the opportunity to work on highly strategic initiatives that will transform the business Encouragement and Empowerment: To explore and adopt new technologies and drive meaningful decisions and outcomes At Apartment List we believe that everyone deserves a home they love AND a career they love.
