Opportunity Overview: The Senior Website & Metrics Specialist will work closely with the marketing team’s leadership to maintain Cohere’s website, marketing tech stack, and marketing metrics. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in each of these three areas. Reporting to the Director of Marketing Communications, you will support and execute a variety of tasks and projects across marketing’s cross-functional team. The Senior Website & Metrics Specialist  will play a key role in managing and updating our website on our current WordPress platform, and possibly a different platform in the future (such as WebFlow). Additionally, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights for optimizing our marketing strategies. What you will do: Website management:   Publish all new material to the company’s public-facing website Monitor website content to ensure accuracy Build website landing pages through WordPress and Webflow Perform other routine website management tasks as needed Metrics reporting: Develop, track, maintain, and measure the performance of various marketing metrics Campaign analysis: Monitor email campaign performance, and track key metrics Marketing operations analysis: Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate marketing performance to various stakeholders. Monitor data insights and recommend alternative marketing approaches to optimize performance Database Maintenance: Utilize HubSpot to ensure the marketing database is accurate, up-to-date, and segmented effectively Collaborate with team members to streamline data management processes and maintain data integrity Your background & experiences: 3 to 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare technology/product environment, healthcare insurance a plus Proficient in WordPress, Webflow, and HubSpot Working knowledge of Salesforce, Confluence, Asana, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript  Experience in creating and optimizing website landing pages and managing marketing funnels Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Qualtrics) Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Bachelor’s degree required We can’t wait to learn more about you and meet you at Cohere Health!   Equal Opportunity Statement:  Cohere Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer. The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 annually; as part of a total benefits package which includes health insurance, 401k and bonus. In accordance with state applicable laws, Cohere is required to provide a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
