The role of the Integrated Customer Experience (ICE) team is to ensure the Apple customer experience in our reseller partner stores lives up to the Apple standard. A unique opportunity exists for an outstanding individual to be part of this team — helping develop Apple Programs across Australia and New Zealand. At the end of the day, we are here to grow Apple’s consumer business through partnering with our channel and carrier partners. The aim is to work collaboratively with these partners to drive the best in class customer experience in the channel for Apple; incorporating visual merchandising elements, fixtures, marketing assets, staffing, training, demo units, in-store technology, services and so much more. Key Qualifications Key Qualifications As Platforms Programs Manager, you will be responsible for: Aligning the strategic ambitions of our sales teams and channel partners with how the Apple brand and products are represented in our channel partner stores. Defining the metrics which qualify partner stores for in-store fixture programs, in line with our sales strategy. Creating a forward looking plan per partner and working with fellow ICE team members to execute on that strategy. Defining success metrics of particular programs and deep diving into ROI and performance to further shape our future activity. Identifying ways to gauge the health and compliance of our programs and working with sales, partner and field teams to remedy any issues. Establishing a regular program review cadence with external and internal business partners. Advocating for the program design/feature improvements with local and WW teams Description Description Apple and the industry You understand there are many moving parts in an organisation. Education & Experience Education & Experience Education and Experience Experience in channel marketing and merchandising; or similar experience having managed programs or projects for businesses, that balanced delivering on short-term goals, while creating sustainable value for customer, reseller and partner demand for the future.  You have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
