He/she focuses on training activity coordination and management, training budgeting, learning platforms administration. Generally, he/she works with multiple stakeholders to ensure employees have a rewarding learning experience, including internal MKT, Sales, Specialists, Regional Training Dept, HR, and external business partners.Responsibilities: Responsible for smooth execution of all training programs (onsite lab hands-on training, product training, new hire training…)Manage logistics of training activities with support from cross-functions & vendors (stationery, training materials, training facilities, etc.) to ensure effective training delivery.Formulate post-training evaluation strategies, analyzes results to evaluate the training effectiveness and report out to stakeholder leaders.Lead training management and process optimization, including creating purchase orders, vendor sourcing and management, training payment, hotel program…Develop yearly training budget plan and track monthly expenses via budget.Keep close connection with Global counterparts to follow global methodologies, and optimize local training model and system.Assist in developing regional training strategy for Commercial Team, have the capability to interact with proper vendors to execute (e.g Sales Skill Training)Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position.
