This Engineering Technician role focuses on QC and Processing Equipment maintenance and repair. We strive to have a data-driven understanding of tool breakdown and how it impacts parts quality.This position will provide opportunities to interact with various project teams and internal partners to rapidly investigate problems, develop countermeasures, and prevent recurrence. A successful candidate will be self-motivated and able to work independently in a team-oriented environment.Responsibilities: Owns high complexity tasks and problems, with minimal supervision.Able to work on multiple operations and technologies.Able to troubleshoot, with minimal guidance.Able to independently plan, coordinate, and execute multiple parallel activities like calibrations, preventive maintenance, supplier support, and project activities with minimal guidance to ensure work is completed on-time.Monitors equipment technical performance and manage parts inventory for area of responsibility with minimal oversight.Use optical, mechanical, electrical, and or fluidics knowledge to perform equipment troubleshooting.Capable of executing procedures without established instructions and capable of referencing written documentation.Works effectively in team environment and shares credit for successes.Establishes relationships within project team and discipline.Have good interpersonal skills.While performing the duties of this job, is regularly required to stand, sit, walk, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, crouch, or wear safety gear. Should the level or location of the role change during the hiring process, the applicable base pay range may be updated accordingly.
